UMBERTO RIGOTTI

Ausgehend von den Worten von Baruch Spinoza zielt die Installation im „Land Art“-Stil darauf ab, eine unmissverständliche Präsenz des Menschen und seiner Handlungen in der Natur zu sein, ein unvollkommener Architekt mit der Anmaßung, sein eigenes Leben und das anderer einzusperren.
Bis hin zum Implodieren und Befreien derjenigen, die keine Zwänge mögen und von einer freieren, schöneren und harmonischeren Welt träumen.
Die Installation: ein Würfel mit einem Zylinder im Inneren, stellt eine Voliere voller Vögel dar, die es unter ihrem Druck schaffen, den Käfig freizulegen und sich im Flug zu befreien.

Always attracted to drawing and painting, he began taking watercolor courses, and later illustration courses. Over the years he has been able to experiment with different techniques and materials.
He began working as a childhood illustrator and as a freelance, collaborating with some publishing houses, including Edizioni Erickson. He collaborates with elementary schools and libraries by organizing creative workshops of pop up books and illustration.

Nasce a Trento nel 1962 e risiede a Pedersano-Villa Lagarina, Trento, dove lavora come artista, dedicandosi in particolare a pittura e scultura, e come illustratore collaborando con agenzie pubblicitarie e case editrici, illustrando fiabe, libri di poesia e pubblicazioni culturali e campagne pubblicitarie.
Oltre al “filone” della comunicazione per immagini, l’artista afferma la propria creatività e le competenze nell’ambito del caricaturismo, partecipando assieme allo Studio d’Arte Andromeda, di cui e socio, al Festival dell’Economia di Trento.

Nasce a Trento nel 1962 e risiede a Roncafort, Trento, dove lavora come artista.
Da sempre attratto dal disegno e dalla pittura, ha iniziato a seguire corsi di acquerello, e successivamente corsi di illustrazione. Nel corso degli anni ha potuto sperimentare diverse tecniche e materiali.
Ha iniziato a lavorare come illustratore d’infanzia e come freelance, collaborando con alcune case editrici, fra cui Edizioni Erickson. Collabora con le scuole elementari e biblioteche organizzando laboratori creativi di libri pop up e di illustrazione.
Proposta di realizzazione per il Simposio di Predaia 2020 – tema „La natura che vorrei“:
La scultura realizzata da Tiziano e Umberto ha come titolo „Voliera“
Partendo dalle parole di Baruch Spinoza l’installazione in stile „Land Art“ vuole essere una presenza inequivocabile dell’uomo e del suo agire in natura, architetto imperfetto con la presunzione di ingabbiare il suo e altrui vivere.
Fino all’implodere e liberare chi non ama costrizioni e sogna un mondo più libero, bello ed armonioso.
L’installazione: un cubo con all’interno un cilindro, rappresentano una voliera piena di uccelli che sotto la loro pressione riescono a scoperchiare la gabbia liberandosi in volo.
